Obtaining Support 

The online Help is the easiest, fastest way to get answers to your questions about our products. The answers to most questions can be found in the online Help. For the most current information, see our online support at www.lec.com.

If you can't find the answer to your question online, send an email to our technical support team by clicking on Technical Support under the Help menu. This launches your email program so you can send us a message. The automated email should look something like this:

Directly beneath the Subject, our email automatically includes information about your software to help us respond to your question. Add specific details about your problem at the end of the email, after the line "Enter your request starting here".
